Are all the local authorities signed up to the traffic reduction targets outlined in the Transport Strategy? How many boroughs have traffic reduction action plans? Are all these consistent with the targets in your transport strategy? Are you telling the boroughs to have these traffic reduction targets in their updated UDPs? Do the boroughs have a strategy for achieving them contained in their Local Implementation Plan bids for transport grant? .
