Given the changes to tax credits that are due to take effect in April 2016, will the new rate of the London Living Wage take into account next year's benefit changes for working people?
I know that borough leaders are aware of this, and perhaps there can be some liaison with the boroughs, as well, through the Association of London Government (ALG).
What are the procedures in place to recall all emergency service personal to active duty in light of a critical incidents? How long is it estimated that this would take?
Are plans in place to deal with the aftermath of a major incident in any part of London, in particular with regards to the potential need to accommodate and provide for a large number of displaced Londoners?
Can the communication systems of the various emergency services, and in particular the radios carried by individual staff, interface? Which emergency services have radios that can work underground? When will the new MPS radio system 'Airwave' be operational?
What discussions have taken place with the residential care industry in the capital regarding the suitable evacuation of the elderly in residential care?
