With South West Trains' operating contract ending in July 2017, what work is TfL doing to maximise the chances of it taking control of South West London's commuter rail network?
Last week it was revealed that there were over 3,000 train journeys where Londoners could have claimed compensation because their train was late or cancelled. But only 15% of people who could claim actually did. Do you think that train operators and TfL should do more to promote the fact that commuters can receive compensation for late or cancelled journeys?
Why are the records of Mr Kiley's expense claims incomplete? [No records of prior authorisation of expenses, no supporting information/evidence in support of the first three invoices, and lost receipt in relation to invoice No. 7]
Why did TfL pay expenses for a dinner to plan a speech at the Salzburg Seminar (of which Bob Kiley is listed on the Salzburg Seminar website as a Fellow and former member of the Board of Directors) but no expenses for the seminar itself?
I know that borough leaders are aware of this, and perhaps there can be some liaison with the boroughs, as well, through the Association of London Government (ALG).
