I think there are concerns here that everyone talks grandly about legacy, but actually so much of it is dependent on all the ducks being in a row, and I think perhaps that we are concerned that its intentions will not necessarily guarantee delivery. The IPPR has said that on the evidence of previous Games the net local employment benefits of the Games will be 'relatively small' , and that we should lower our expectations to avoid disappointment later. Do you agree?
