    Zack Polanski AM: Luke, I want to continue the conversation about high streets and I also want to bring it back to a conversation we had earlier about smart, privacy‑friendly, fair road user charging. Will the Mayor be taking further into account the interests of disabled people? These changes have actually negatively affected many disabled people, but they have not had the opportunity to comment on them. Can you assure me that things will change in the future, and that disabled people will be fully consulted when changes in the road network are considered?

    Yes, Peter, and that is the sort of response I have been getting for the last couple of years, and luckily I can say to you that the Borough of Lambeth have recently run a most successful campaign using ads; it is the campaign 'Know the Difference'. It is a campaign that Assembly Member Kit Malthouse in his role when he was head of Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) endorsed and commended.
