The proof and the outcome of the work of the London Recovery Board is that by this autumn there should be some practical actions that make a real difference to try to minimise the economic downturn. In all the hours that I have just been listening through, no one seems to have mentioned that we already have a LEAP. I am not sure what the London Recovery Board adds to the work of that.     Southern Way/Bugsby's Way/Commercial Way forms a four arm traffic signal junction that has seen a series of accidents, many involving buses. Despite best efforts by the Council to ensure the safety of pedestrians, TfL continues to place the blame for these accidents on the road system. Will the Mayor intervene on this matter and launch an investigation?
