    I am gravely concerned about the plans for Swan Wharf in Fish Island & White Post Lane Conservation Area because of the potential impact this will have on the fabulous artist community in the area. What reassurances can you offer me that these plans will not lead to current tenants being priced out of the area?

    It is just a quick one following on from the issues John (Biggs) has raised. This is about representation and perception. The ethnic diversity of London was, quite rightly, acknowledged within the bid, and our presentation team and the inclusion of the athletes made the work to date, if you like, ethnically representative.
