Can I echo James Cleverly's remarks from our side in terms of the support and praise to the whole service during the course of the recent events. Can I just understand the numbers a bit better. You talked about the £56 million that was all that was committed up to now but we have got £85.6 million in the budgets for this current year. Is that £85.6 million funded or is there now more in this current year, 2011/12, than that number?

I want to return to the question of closures when we get to my question. I want, here, to focus on this question of budgetary matters. Firstly, could I ask the Commissioner to confirm the advice given in the finance paper on Monday that, on the level of reserves, the exposure for medium and high risk are assessed at a minimum level of £10.9 million? So a figure of £10 million or £11 million is the officer advice about the minimum level of reserves?

I am tempted to ask, in keeping with the Lynne Featherstone callout question, which budget paid for the 21 gun salute that greeted your attendance here this morning that we were enjoying while you were going on!
