Jennette Arnold (Chair): The first part of today's meeting is a question and answer (Q&A) session with the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. We welcome Lord Coe, Chair of LOCOG, and Lord Deighton. This is I think the first time we have met Lord Deighton since his elevation to the upper house, so we congratulate him on that honour. Can I just go back to Commissioner Dobson and can I add my congratulations to you for your years of service to London. It is the hymn sheet that your borough commanders are speaking from that concerns me.
