In October 2022, when you first appeared in front of the Police and Crime Committee, we spoke about diversion as opposed to criminalisation for the possession of cannabis.     Caroline Russell AM: My questions are for the Deputy Mayor for Culture Justine Simons and are specifically about issues facing Londoners in creative industries, and the part the culture sector may play in the recovery process.
