    Siân Berry AM: I want to ask David Bellamy a follow-up on a written question that I put to the Mayor in May when I asked about emergency decision-making during the crisis. In answer to that question, which was question 1473, he told me that the decision to suspend the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), Congestion Charge and Low Emission Zone was an urgent TfL decision taken by TfL’s Commissioner, but this contradicts the press release the Mayor sent out, which said that he had instructed TfL to do this.     Caroline Pidgeon MBE AM: Since we last met, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has said that 28% of London’s construction workers are from the European Union (EU). In light of this and given that the Deputy Mayor for Housing [and Residential Development] has said an additional 13,000 construction workers are needed in the capital, perhaps, Liz, as Chairman, you could advise me, do you think there are going to be problems in getting your project built?
