    Tony Devenish AM: I have two questions, the first one for Mr Bellamy. Good morning, David. Yesterday TfL put out a press release where it boasted that there is an extra 19,000m 2 of space in central London for cycling and walking that has been created over the last few weeks, ie I presume there is 19,000m 2 roughly less road space. How will your Board marry up the impact that COVID-19 is having on transport, both its finances and how Londoners will move about in the future, with individual and business needs so that London remains open?
