A little while ago I went to an exhibition at the Building Federation. They were showing what I can only call an updated pre-fabricated house. It was actually a flat. It had a steel frame and it was was in situ, inside this frame. The frame could be put on the back of a lorry and taken to a site and bolted together. Well I am disappointed then. My concern is that there are as large number of flats, new places being opened in the area; Abbey National, Marks & Spencer and all the rest of them are turning into flats. That is a concern because the Marylebone Association is quite clear that they feel there should be a fire station there, they feel they have the potential support of people like Frank Dobson, MP for Holborn - who I gather has written to you about it - the Duke of Westminster, possible the new West End company, all sorts of people have...
