Léonie Cooper AM: Thank you very much, Chair. I would like to start with a question to Deputy Mayor Tom Copley, if I may. Hi, Tom. Last year, the Mayor said as the Chair of the C40 Cities Group, “One of my priorities is taking urgent action to address the causes and devastating human cost of forced migration created by the climate emergency”.
