A constituent has contacted me regarding the feasibility of using taxis to transport "walking wounded" casualties to A&E and minor injury departments in the event of a major incident. Is this an option that the London Fire Bridge has considered in its emergency planning?
I am just astonished that so much planning can go on before you actually understand the size of the risk. There are aspects to the development which are clearly going to go ahead before you have the full report.
When are you going to set the standards, and who will actually formulate standards? You did an awful lot of waffling with that answer, I must say. There is nothing solid in it. I am quite disappointed.
