Okay. When the planning committee looked at the plans very early on, there were a number of things that were not tied up. I can hear, from what you have said, there has been a lot of progress on the legacy items. In the context of an Assembly which is largely - we wish it were wholly - but largely supportive of the Olympic bid, can you just say which areas of legacy development have we not made progress on? Where are the gaps, and where are you going to go next to tidy those up?

.... I would just draw your attention, if you have not already seen it, to the evidence we received from the London Sustainable Development Commission. That is in a letter dated 20 September, where they basically draw attention to the very positive work that is going on, but they do make the point that in relation to legacy aspects, where the full sustainability, as it were, comes to be seen, that further work needs to be done on that. It particularly says, `Should the bid be successful, there needs to be a greater understanding of the sustainability aspects of the...

20%. Can I follow on please. What potential links do we have with the environmental sustainability and the facilities of the Games with the proposed regeneration in the wider area of the main location for the Olympic Stadium?

The Games are going to be seven years from now. These are very critical years in addressing climate change, and of course, I am very pleased that the Climate Change Agency is going to be involved. The Mayor has made a huge commitment to tackling climate change and to London being a lead city - a lead city across all cities in the world. I do not think the 20% renewable energy is actually good enough for us in terms of being a lead city in this, and I just want to propose that we work harder on that target...

Well, they may choose to take their holidays at home, indeed. I think that it is something that, supporting the Games as we do, we would like to keep an eye on the calculations for. Can I also ask about the Paralympics? We are also enthusiastic about those, and I was glad to hear you mention them earlier, but they have problems with attendance, as well. Presumably this is marketing that needs to go on from now about what a good event the Paralympics is. Is there anything you can say about that?
