    Peter Whittle AM: Thank you very much, Mr Chair. Good morning to the panel. My question I think I have to ask you all, and maybe someone can answer it. It is just about London’s - if you want to call it - cultural industry. I do not mean by that necessarily the creative industry. I mean in terms of theatre, in terms of performing arts, in terms of all the things that make up a huge part of London life and, of course, the economy. What are your views on the future of that?     Joanne McCartney AM: Yes, thank you, Chair. My initial question is to Sam Gurney, if I can, and it is about the increasing number of people who are claiming Universal Credit (UC), which we know is a very difficult and cruel system. Since the end of March, I believe, 440,000 new claimants for UC have come from London. When furlough ends, that is likely to see another spike. What concerns does the TUC have about this record number of Londoners finding themselves reliant on UC? What will that mean for poverty in the capital?
