    Dr Onkar Sahota AM: Minister, thank you for coming and joining us this morning. The success of any vaccination programme relies on the willingness of people to actually have the vaccine.     Dr Onkar Sahota AM: Good morning. This question is to Jordan from the CBI. In eight days’ time, employers will be made to pay the National Insurance contributions and pension contributions for workers who have been furloughed. In September, employers will be expected to start topping up their furloughed workers’ wages. What impact do you think this will have on sectors of the economy that have not yet been able to open up and generate income?
