Jennette Arnold (Chair): The first part of today's meeting is a question and answer (Q&A) session with the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. We welcome Lord Coe, Chair of LOCOG, and Lord Deighton. This is I think the first time we have met Lord Deighton since his elevation to the upper house, so we congratulate him on that honour.
