    Susan Hall AM: Chair, I wanted to say how disappointed we all are that yet again Mayor [Sadiq] Khan has declined to attend this meeting. He should be here to answer questions, but, as always, he is the missing Mayor. I did think that he was doing something that was important and was a work commitment, but I see that he is launching his campaign instead.
