    The problem is when the Chair of the Federation is saying what he says, which is so seriously strong when he says that it is being reported it is far below what really happens, underplayed for political reasons, you can play with statistics in that sense and the public does not feel that we have gotten on top of it. I think that independent statistics surely are the answer.

    Well I am disappointed then. My concern is that there are as large number of flats, new places being opened in the area; Abbey National, Marks & Spencer and all the rest of them are turning into flats. That is a concern because the Marylebone Association is quite clear that they feel there should be a fire station there, they feel they have the potential support of people like Frank Dobson, MP for Holborn - who I gather has written to you about it - the Duke of Westminster, possible the new West End company, all sorts of people have...
