    Joanne McCartney AM: My question is to David. We have heard today about the reallocation of sites for housing in the development. I noticed in your local plan modifications consultation schedule that you still say that you are confident that you can achieve that 50% affordable housing target overall, but I want you to confirm that. Also, in that you say that you consider there are a number of ways in which housing needs, particularly affordable housing, can be met within the local plan period.     Joanne McCartney AM: My question is to David and it is about biodiversity. Could you give us an update on the biodiversity study you have commissioned from the Wildlife Trust for the OPDC and how you plan to maximise biodiversity across the site and in particular - we have talked about flooding earlier - how that can minimise the risk of flooding, too?

You met with the Secretary of State [for Transport] last August [2019] and things went well, but I am just wondering what discussions have been had since then about devolving some of those other suburban rail lines to TfL?
