Murad Qureshi AM: Sir Edward, can I bring up the particular issue of subterranean basement developments? Last night I heard from residents of Bayswater that they have had 15 of these developments in the last 18 months. It has caused sinkholes, flooding and structural damage to properties. It is a problem not only in the City of Westminster but in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, in Hammersmith and Fulham and I understand in other boroughs in north London as well. Just going on from John's [Biggs] friendly question, you outlined many, many priorities for next year and, if anything, the first observation is maybe there are too many. Can you possibly lose focus as a result and what kind of managerial systems have you got to make sure that you can cover all the ground? For example, the two additional ones that I had were implementing the Mayor's Housing Strategy and the sporting provision and the youth service. Now those are clearly new areas on top of your Olympic responsibilities, as well as the climate change work.
