Good morning. I also have a few questions on the Healthy Streets agenda. The Mayor’s draft Transport Strategy says: “It is essential that a new street network is developed using the Healthy Streets approach to make walking and cycling the first choice across the area.” It also says: “High quality and reliable bus links to and through the area from existing residential communities will also be required to ensure that everyone benefits from the proposals at Old Oak.” How do you balance the competing demands for road space from both these priorities?

What are your plans to unlock the full potential of Old Oak and Park Royal in regard to housing density whilst making it an attractive place to live in?

Tom Copley AM: My next question perhaps is more for David [Bellamy] or Fiona. The report from the review recommends that public land is potentially wholly transferred to the GLA. To what extent does central Government recognise the complexities of the land and what discussions had the Mayor had around the proposal of land transfer?

I share a number of the concerns that Tony's outlined and if we can perhaps particularly focus on the website. We're supposed to be, as the GLA family, into open government and the web approach was something that was an ethos that the Mayor and others agree is a great way of people having access. However, if you go onto the LDA website it seems, as Tony says, that you control what comes out in terms of press releases and I haven't yet managed to find the minutes on the website. Maybe I'm just not very good at browsing. But...

Michael, rumours are flying around about the large amount of jobs that have been lost to date. Can you not give us an assurance and tell us are we talking thousands of jobs to date or what have you got that you can share with us today?

Can I say I am very happy to see the audit report? I have to say I never actually received my own copy, even though I asked the question originally. I was given a copy by a member of the press. I'm glad we have a free press that somehow gets access to this information. But I was very delighted when the Chair, George Barlow, indicated early on that he was going to seek an internal audit. But this doesn't seem to square with the letter I received from the Chief Executive when I made the initial enquiry about how...

I think we all appreciate the constraints of the SRB project and look forward to the new unveiling of the 'single pot'. What representations have you been making to Government? Because this is £10 million that Londoners will not get spent on them, as you say, unless you can come to a deal with Government. Is there any prospect of that and what discussions are you having?
