Mr Coleman, you touched on it just at the end of your answer to Tony Arbour's question about the bulk purchasing power. Can we be assured that the prices in the Look Book will be no more expensive because we don't have a brilliant track record of monopoly suppliers giving best value to purchasers? Can we ensure we fully utilise our joint purchasing power to ensure those prices are not going to be any higher than would be normally available on the commercial market?

I wanted to react to a point that Jenny Jones (AM) made and to then ask a question because I feel very disheartened that she feels that nothing is happening, as Jenny said, on Green Grids, particularly when Darren (Johnson, AM) told me during the budgetary process that agreement with the Mayor would get things done rather than agreement with the Assembly on the budgetary process. Is Jenny right when she says that nothing is being done on Green Grid?

There is a very strong head of steam growing amongst business in South London worried about the Mayor's Draft Plan. Businesses in South London are concerned that the London Plan seems to indicate that an unbalanced approach is being taken over land use. They are very concerned that too much land will be used for housing, leaving little space available for expansion of the business sector. What advice can you give to the Mayor to offset this concern ? .

Can I ask, is the presumption, therefore, that's made by the Mayor's Office that negotiation is always the best way on these plans, and do you think that any sanction will ever have to be used? I guess in many ways, we are all asking this question in different ways, with a number of questions on housing about delivering on targets. But in reality, is it persuasion? Is that the best approach?
