What work are you doing to identify vulnerable areas? Will you work with London Boroughs to undertake an emergency programme of action for prevention and improved targeting of vulnerable people? .

Have you made any assessment as to what effect the congestion charge will have on road injuries and fatalities? Including breakdowns on age, gender, and ethnicity and whether or not the accident takes place inside the zone, outside the zone, or near the boundary? .
