    The introduction of free travel for under 16s has caused considerable concern amongst local residents in Bromley (specifically in the Petts Wood area) who view this step as an aggravating factor in what was already a difficult situation. The Mayor's response to the Assembly on 21 February 2006 was that the under-16s concession would appear to have had no effect on the amount of anti-social behaviour on the bus network.     The lack of direct bus links between West Wickham and Princess Royal University Hospital continues to be a source of great concern to local residents, particularly those who, not of their own choice, have had relations/friends admitted to the PRUH and who wish to visit them; or those residents who have been referred to the PRUH but find it difficult to access without at least one change of bus service.
