I welcome the huge increase in the capacity of the bus network. However, many of my constituents, older Londoners in particular, feel that the introduction of the bendy bus has led to a deterioration in the quality of their journeys, because of difficulties boarding and getting a seat. What are you doing to ensure that the increase in quantity of bus journeys does not lead to a decrease in the quality of the service?
