Susan Hall AM: Thank you, Chairman. Mr Mayor, this revision to the MTS is being regarded by the public as a vote on ULEZ - whether that is correct or not, that is the perception of Londoners. Given that, and given the fact that we have all been elected to represent Londoners in our various places, we should be listening to what Londoners are saying.
