Neil Garratt AM: Good afternoon. Listening to the way you advocate for your policy, I can understand why quite a lot of Londoners would think that it is an obvious and straightforward thing to do. You might remember a couple of months ago you had an exchange with my colleague, Assembly Member Fortune, about the poorest Londoners owning cars in which you seemed to be incredulous that they would. Rather than have an exchange with you about that, I thought I would write to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), who very helpfully wrote to me. Léonie Cooper AM: I would like to continue to riff on the theme of the ULEZ and I would like to start with you, Commissioner. I know that we are out to consultation at the moment, so the shape of the scheme is not fully known to us yet, but I am assuming that there are now some discussions in progress with the DfT regarding the proposal to extend into outer London. Léonie Cooper AM: Good morning, Mr Mayor. We have just been talking about the central ULEZ and some of the issues relating to it. Obviously one of the things that it has done is contributed to a 44% reduction in roadside NO2 levels, which is great. However, that is not good enough, as you have repeatedly said, and many of us agree, given the air quality problems in London. Just set out for us exactly, in advance of the 21 October expansion, what the effect of that expansion is going to be on air quality within the new expanded boundary?

Neil Garratt AM: Good morning, Mr Mayor. We are talking about the recovery, and one of the threats particularly hanging over outer London of that recovery is the Greater London boundary charge, which I know we have discussed before. The next phase in that project is the feasibility study. I believe you said in February [2021] in answer to a question from Assembly Member Bacon that we would be hearing back later in the year. That is quite a vague timeline. When can we expect to see the results of that feasibility study?
