    Navin Shah AM: With a large number of commuters, I too was stuck at 8.30am this morning at Harrow on the Hill Station. I have personally made representations to both of you and you both have kindly not only explained the reason for the signals failure but also apologised for the failure itself. I want to leave it at that. What I want to move on to swiftly now is a question about the agency staff.     OK. Thank you, Chair. The question is to Lord Coe. You recall we had some disagreements about Dow's sponsorship. I want to talk about that. You mentioned throughout our discussions that despite the available evidence, Dow had no case to answer according to you because you claimed that full and final settlement had been made. Is this an issue you would have done differently? Your position, in my view, certainly was wholly unsustainable.

    Cultural diversity of London was seen as a great strength and virtue of our bid for London 2012, something which we understand clinched the success that we have had in getting the bid. What I would like to know is what progress has been made towards showcasing and promoting this unique strength that London offers and what is the current status of that?
