    Yes, indeed. Now obviously we want to try it. As you say, the key word is `if', so I am just interested for the future as to what we can do to try and make sure, as far as possible, there are not losses of those kind.

    I think that has been very positive and I am grateful for those answers. I was surprised to see something in the sports section of the Daily Telegraph the other week which seemed to suggest that the Mayor had undertaken to underwrite losses of some £10 million a year on the Olympic Park after 2012. I was surprised to see that and I wondered if you could shed any light on where that comes from and where we are about the future financing of those issues?     A very last quick question. I do not think you can probably answer it now so I wonder whether it is something you could perhaps supply us with later on but it would be great to have a staffing structure both within LOCOG but also how you relate out to all the other organisations. Is that something you can supply us with just so that I can look at it and then understand it?

    That actually jumps to my next question. I was going to say, do you have any problems when you think you have got the right person in mind and they do not want to come and do the job and do you have contingency plans when somebody turns you down? But what you are saying is that that has not happened.
