    Jennette Arnold (Chair): The first part of today's meeting is a question and answer (Q&A) session with the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. We welcome Lord Coe, Chair of LOCOG, and Lord Deighton. This is I think the first time we have met Lord Deighton since his elevation to the upper house, so we congratulate him on that honour.     Earlier, in terms of the answers to the business plan - sorry, I really ought to caveat this before anyone says I am nitpicking. Amongst the many hundreds, possibly thousands of things that you have done well, and the things that Members are raising - and you cannot get any bigger cheerleaders for the Olympics, certainly on this side today, but in the past, it took a long time coming.
