Nick Rogers AM: Thank you, Chair, and the first question is to the Mayor. The MPS Estates Strategy was apparently handed to your office in Q1 of 2021/22. What are the reasons behind the delay in publishing it, and when do you expect to have that Strategy published?

I was at a public meeting yesterday in South Hampstead; it was a packed meeting and the meeting subject was about law and order in the area. Residents there were very, very concerned about the open drug taking - in fact, open drug dealing - taking place around Finchley Road station, and aggressive begging.
