Caroline Russell AM: Lyn, last time we spoke at the Budget and Performance Committee meeting before Christmas [2022], we established that the LLDC heat network runs on gas. It cannot meet the Mayor’s climate targets and it opens residents up to catastrophic energy bills. Neil Garratt AM: He was on LBC [radio] this morning, we know what some of his engagements were. I wanted to ask about this question of convergence. A young lad who was the Mayor of Hackney at the time signed up to the Strategic Regeneration Framework, which you mentioned earlier, which talked about the true legacy of 2012 being that within 20 years the communities who host the 2012 Games will have the same social and economic chances as their neighbours across London.
