    Tony Devenish AM: Thank you, Chair. My question is to the Deputy Mayor and the Chief Executive. Good afternoon. I believe that the LLDC will be wound up in just a few years’ time. You can probably perhaps remind me of the date to make sure I get the right date. What is the issue in terms of a risk register for the governance for that? Are you specifically concerned at all about the competence of any of the boroughs to take over those powers, particularly one borough with the initials T-H?

    Nicky Gavron AM: Thank you. Good morning, Peter and David. I want to ask a question about the convergence framework and the target that was set for it. To give a bit of context - and the first question is really addressed to Peter - you were there Peter when we were all thinking about the bid for the Olympics. The primary driver was to use it as a catalyst to regenerate inner east London where we had the biggest concentration of multiply deprived communities in the whole of Western Europe.
