Following this, will you review your approach through the London Land Commission to provide similar opportunities for smaller builders on other publicly owned land across London?

    The TfL-commissioned report 'Impact of the Night Tube on London's Night-Time Economy' draws conclusions based on data from a Bus Survey Analytical Report completed eight years ago, and relies on data on taxi and private hire use that pre-dates recent significant changes in that sector. Given that introducing the night tube has proven harder than you expected, shouldn't you commission new research using current data so that any assertions made about the importance of all night running is supported by evidence?

However, venues such as the Coronet in Elephant and Castle are increasingly facing challenges which threaten their very future. In discussions between the Coronet's management and the GLA's culture team, officers have suggested that there could be a case for protecting this historic venue within the framework of the regeneration plans for the area. Will the Mayor agree to help safeguard the future of the Coronet?

Will you write to the European Commission urging them to investigate the market failure that is depriving residents in Rotherhithe of superfast broadband, enabling the Government and GLA to ensure that all properties - for businesses and residents - are able to gain superfast connections without falling foul of state aid rules?
