    On 25 May 2016 in your oral update on the report of the Mayor, you stated that, "Of the £60 million of total public funding, £37.7 million has already been spent by the Garden Bridge Trust, £24.25 million of which came from TfL and £13.45 million from the Government." In making the decision not to cancel further funding for the bridge did you look at the full cost and benefit implications from now on, including maintenance obligations, or were you counting 'sunk costs' in your decision-making?
