    Further to Question 0991/2013, can you provide me with an update on your monitoring of the benefit changes in Enfield and Haringey, your regular discussions with the Department for Work and Pensions, and tell me what information you are monitoring?

    The Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB) in Haringey have seen a 50 per cent increase in people seeking help and advice, with the two CAB offices helping 2,304 people seeking advice on benefits and debt problems in the three months to June - 726 more than the same period last year. Haringey CAB believes this is a direct result of the implementation of the benefit cap. Do you agree that the benefit cap is adversely affecting Londoners?

    Positive Youth News in Haringey have been working hard to change the negative stereotypes often attributed to young people by the media and society, this particularly affected Haringey after the riots in 2011. Haringey's Borough Commander let young people take over his diary last month and is working to change these perceptions. What are you doing as Mayor to challenge the stereotyping of young people?

    I have been contacted by Coleridge Primary School in Crouch End who hold a weekly bee-keeping club. You will be pleased to know that the children are committed to caring for the well-being of the bees, and pleased to hear that the European Union banned neonicotinoid pesticides which are blamed for destroying bee population. What action are you taking to ensure that we maintain a healthy population of bees?

    The GLA is to launch a statistics code of practice, which is welcomed. However, this will not apply to the functional bodies. Will you ensure that the GLA functional bodies adopt the GLA code of practice to ensure accountability and transparency?

    As you may be aware, Enfield and Haringey are two of four boroughs in London to be subjected to testing the benefit changes in April before it gets rolled out across London later this year. Given that poverty is already at a high in both Enfield and Haringey, do you believe that the benefit cap is going to adversely affect the already hard hit? What will you be doing to monitor this initial roll-out?

    Following your response to Question No: 591 / 2013, I understand that the three year scheme from the Mayor's Fund for London and Magic Breakfast aims to be implemented to all schools in the capital where at least half of pupils qualify for free school meals. Could you tell me when you expect the scheme to be rolled out to schools in Enfield?
