The Mayor (as Chairman of TfL) will be aware that TfL submitted a planning application to the Borough of Hillingdon on 2nd November 2015 to redevelop land at Green Lane in Northwood. He may also be aware that Historic England returned a formal letter recommending the refusal of the development.
