    The current London Plan policy says: "Boroughs may in their LDFs introduce a presumption against development on back gardens or other private residential gardens…". Why does your draft London Plan not include an equivalent presumption to prevent 'garden grabbing' from inappropriate extensions and development?

    The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) in a freedom of information request (reference 17-056) provided details of artists' workspace currently in Hackney Wick/Fish Island. What audits has the GLA or LLDC carried on the number and type of businesses and jobs they supported in this area over the past ten years? Please include dates of audits and any relevant reports or findings.

    Vittoria Wharf was one of the first buildings in the UK to be listed as an Asset of Community Value and is widely recognised as a strategic hub for providing affordable workspace for creative and artistic industries in Hackney Wick. How is the part-demolition of Vittoria Wharf, to provide a pedestrian bridge, consistent with your manifesto promise of "providing dedicated small workspace with live-in space so that creative industries, artists and the fashion industry are given extra support to flourish"?

    Assistant Director Decision 2093 (March 2017) approved expenditure of £13,000 to prepare three reports to provide an evidence base on sports facilities to support the London Plan. The decision states "The risk of not doing this work is that the sports facilities policy in the London Plan will not be sufficiently supported by evidence and may be questioned for this at the Examination in Public." Could you provide an update on progress so far and provide dates when these reports will be published?
