    Further to my questions 2018/2420 in September 2018 and 2021/1322 in March 2021, what progress is being made to develop the vacant former Samaritan Hospital site on prime land in Marylebone? Do you agree that progress on sites such as this would not only deliver much-needed homes, but also release welcome funds for the NHS? What are your expected timescales for development to take place on this site?

    Southwark Council is planning to establish a land commission to identify development land in the borough. Do you welcome Southwark’s approach and will you be adopting this approach London-wide, building on the work of the previous London Land Commission of 2015 which is still yet to be implemented? When you control land bigger than the London Borough of Camden, bigger than 16 times the size of Hyde Park, isn’t this a priority for you?
