I remain pleased to see your work with the Please Offer Me a Seat badges. However, I remain concerned that understanding around the Please Offer Me a Seat Badges remains low among Londoners, particularly in relation to “invisible” disabilities. Could you let me know what you are doing in order to raise understanding and awareness of the importance of giving up seats to those with badges, and of the nature and realities of invisible disabilities in general, aside from the poster campaign?

Alongside the ongoing work of TFL to make stations step free and the Please Offer Me a Seat badges, can I ask what other work is being done to make both stations and the trains themselves to people with disabilities – including “invisibilities” and neurodivergent people?

After Chris Grayling's comments that Network Rail is currently "unable to cope" with the number of commuters, how is the Mayor working with Transport for London to ensure our transport systems continue to successfully meet the needs of commuters, despite the context of a struggle transport system under the current Government?

Following the news that there have been almost 400 incidences of cyclists being seriously injured, and in some cases killed, due to collisions with car doors in West London over the past seven years, will the Mayor and the Deputy Mayor of Transport work with Cyclists UK in order to tackle this and ensure our streets are safer for cyclists?

I'd like to welcome the recent TfL adverts highlighting that TfL's badge for disabled travels can refer to mental as well as physical disability. How is TfL working to encourage uptake for using these badges among Londoners with mental health problems?

I'd like to welcome the steps that the Mayor has taken to make our tube stations across London more accessible, and am delighted to see many stations across Ealing and Hillingdon will be made step free under the new plans. What criteria were used for deciding which stations would be included in the plans, and what consultation was done with local groups?
