    On TfL buses there are adverts claiming that all London buses are zero-emission and low-emission. The 'zero-emission' is in large font with 'low-emission' in smaller font. Given that the bus fleet are all low emission but only about 10% are zero-emission is this is false advertisement, and should the font sizes should be reversed?

    The wraparound advert is extremely misleading as you have set a target of a zero-emission bus fleet by 2034. Will you rectify these advertisements and also publish your actual zero-emissions data on buses?

    At the Environment Committee’s roundtable small businesses supported bettering air quality in London; however, concerns were raised that the expanded ULEZ will negatively impact them as the infrastructure to support them is not in place. How are you going to support businesses which are focussed on environmental change to not be financially impacted by the expanded ULEZ?

    Table 6-7 of the ‘London-wide ULEZ Integrated Impact Assessment (ULEZ Scheme IIA)’ shows that, contrary to your claims, the expansion of ULEZ will make almost no difference to pollution in areas with larger ethnic group populations. Will you now admit expanding ULEZ has nothing to do with cleaning up pollution and more to do with your war on car users?

    Page 83 of the ‘London-wide ULEZ Integrated Impact Assessment (ULEZ Scheme IIA)’ notes the time limited exemption for Blue Badge Holders, however: “This is valid as long as their vehicle doesn't change tax class.” This policy would therefore economically punish disabled Londoners who, for whatever reason, may need to change their car to one in a different tax class. Why are you doing this to disabled Londoners?
