    Will you ask TfL to make it easier for people who touch in with the wrong contactless card to obtain refunds online, including being able to cancel journeys begun with the wrong card, or ‘port’ them across to another registered card once completed so that daily caps still apply?

    The conditions of carriage say a) Where a smartcard is issued by another organisation and can be used for travel on Transport for London services, special terms and conditions may apply - check with your card issuer; b) Special registration conditions apply to smartcards issued by other organisations that can be used to travel on TfL services; and c) Smartcards issued by other organisations and contactless payment cards are not accepted on Heritage Routemaster buses. Do all of these conditions of carriage apply to the Citymapper pass?

    According to the Terms and Conditions of the citymapper pass it costs £2 to pause your subscription for 1 week. Do you think such a fee is fair? Please give your reasons.

    In response to an FOI request, TfL have refused to provide the legal advice they have received in response to the David Coppel QC’s opinion that the Garden Bridge Trust breached its legal duties on the basis that they intend to publish it anyway ‘in Spring 2019’. Given the significant public interest in this information will you instruct TfL to publish this legal opinion immediately, rather than delaying its publication?
