    Joanne McCartney AM: Thank you. My question is for the Commissioner, and I am going to raise the issue of the Piccadilly line signalling upgrade. It is good to hear that you have better relations with Government than previously. We do know that the new trains will increase capacity on the line by 23 percent, but if it were to be given the go-ahead, the signalling would increase capacity by 64 percent.
