Given that the Hutton report, Bob Kiley and London tube users all appear to feel that safety will be compromised if the Government's proposed PPP for the tube goes ahead, can the Mayor think of any olive branch which might help the government climb down but save face, given that there appears to be no reason for their stance other than dogma and saving face?
