Will the Mayor outline his proposals for a Heathrow congestion charge area. Can he identify which groups of motorists would actually be discouraged from driving to the airport once he has taken into account the proposed exemptions and excluded from his calculation those motorists already charged for parking? Will this proposed scheme make any significant contribution towards traffic reduction in west London? . .

Will the Mayor share with this Assembly any advice on the funding arrangements for the proposed East London Road River Crossings which he has recieved from TfL?
