The National Consumer Council are highlighting social exclusion in consumer products and services with their "why do the poor pay more" campaign. Can the Mayor outline what policies he has in place through the LDA, TfL and other mechanisms to address the combined issues of food, energy and services poverty and inaccessibility in large tracts of London. Can he also outline what can be done to make sure that our own and our functional body policies take this issue in to account?
