    Further to my questions 1128/04 and 1613/2004, who exactly in the GLA is making representation to the MPS on behalf of UK ESF organising committee into this matter and are the minutes of the ESF coordinating committee wrong to name Lee Jasper as the person making representations to the Metropolitan Police?

    You claimed in answer to my question No.1128/2004, that the ESF meeting referred to (where police surveillance was present) was not a meeting of the UK ESF coordinating committee. Why then did the UK ESF organising committee ask the GLA to look into the matter? What is the relationship between the UK ESF organising committee and the meeting where the police surveillance was present?

    Further to my question No.1128/2004 and 1614 / 2004, can you please provide an update regarding inquiries made by the GLA with the Metropolitan Police regarding the police presence at an ESF meeting as requested by the UK ESF coordinating committee? Why has an answer taken so long to arrive from the Metropolitan Police Service into this matter?
